Who We Are

The West Vancouver Fire Fighters Charitable Society is dedicated to supporting our community through fundraising efforts. Established on February 1, 2005, we proudly direct over 95% of the generous donations received directly to individuals and organizations in need, enriching countless lives.  Since inception, we have been able to donate over $90,000.

Our work is accomplished primarily through the volunteer efforts of our off-duty members.  As described in our Constitution, the purposes of the Society are to operate as a charitable organization and:

a) promote education by providing scholarships, bursaries or other forms of financial assistance;

b) promote the welfare of persons in financial need or distress;

c) provide funds for the purchase of medical equipment for persons who are sick.
